I currently have a 3.8 as my first semester grade in the community college I attend and I am also apart of many extracurricular activities. I want to transfer to UMD but, my high school GPA for senior year was a 2.5 but over all a 3.1 cumulative. I also received around 1400 on my SAT. I was wondering if I still have a chance of getting into UMD as a transfer student even though my grades for high school and my sat scores were very low. Please help!! (stressing out) thank you!
@orang3213 No, thats good. I did not try in high school and had a 1.9 gpa and like 1190 sat. However in community college I got like a 3.3 and was accepted in a year.
Oh wow thank you! What classes did you take your first semester of community college if you dont mind me asking?
