<p>I am definitely getting ahead of myself here seeing as though I haven't even been accepted or rejected from Emerson yet but I am curious about housing for transfers. So, I know this coming year they have new rules about housing and they guarantee housing for students until their 6th semester of college(I think). So, I guess my question is am I going to get housed in those hotels that they house some students in because of their whole limited housing deal? I would hate to have to live in the hotel!</p>
<p>I don’t think so (at least I hope not!). I’m guessing that since the Colonial is now up & running, new students will probably end up LB or P-Row. </p>

<p>I agree! I’m gonna call tomorrow and ask about whether or not we are housed with people in our year.
I’m pretty sure they house us with sophomores.
And yes, we will not be in any hotels. That was only temporary while they remodeled the Colonial and the other new building opening in the Spring. No worries.
C26, question. So, I realized nowhere on my admissions letter does it say that I’m a transfer. Does yours? I doubt they’d accept me as a freshman when I didn’t apply as one and I didn’t find out until after all other freshmen did. But, I have to ask so that I don’t end up paying for another year I don’t need.

<p>mine doesn’t say i’m a transfer either. i wouldn’t worry about it though… it says on the thing you send back, plus we have to send transcripts, plus they still have to evaluate our credits and everything! i’m sure they know we’re not freshmen again! haha :)</p>
<p>If we wanted to do that, how would we go about doing that? I’m kind of leaning towards just letting it happen how it happens randomly haha though… Hmmm. </p>
