transfer housing

have any of you guys heard back?

Yea West Hall… what about you?

when did you apply and how did you hear back?

I applied as soon as it came up…and via email and online through the housing portal. I believe they are doing Sophomore transfers first and putting everyone on Mount Vernon which sucks.

why do you say that? if you got West Hall maybe some of us transfers have a chance

West Hall is on Mount Vernon lol…

Oh eheh are you going to try and contest that?
It seriously isn’t fair and it sucks

Yeah I am going to try to do a Room Swap.

I got place on MV and it seriously blows. Especially considering I’m on a sport. Also my moms currently not accepting it, and therefore on the edge about paying for it. I didn’t even get a nice hall, I’m livid. I’m in te area but can’t file for room exemption… Ugh

at least yall got rooms, incoming juniors like myself would kill for Mount Vernon scraps. Looking for off campus housing is going to be a nightmare.

how many transfers did gw accept anyway? it only seems like such a small amount on the gw facebook group and the group is so dead…no one really talks much on it

@cgcgcg I would personally rather be off campus, if I could. I have a penthouse in dupont to live in, but nope. Can’t live there.

anyone get notified for housing, especially incoming juniors?

join the fb group and talk about it there
