I am looking to possibly transfer to Villanova in the fall as a sophomore. I know that they do not guarantee housing for transfers. Has anyone experienced this firsthand? If so, what did you end up doing? I think it is a great school, but not having housing would likely be a deal breaker.

I’m in the same boat. I’ve been accepted but without housing. I’ll probably wind up living in an apartment not too far from campus.

some people have housing some people don’t. If you don’t have housing, you’ll get paired up with some other transfer student I believe and find an apartment nearby.
