<p>I'm also hoping to transfer, and I've heard they do if you send in your papers early. You might be with freshmen and other transfers, there's not just a specific place for transfers. If you dont get campus housing I've also heard it's relatively easy to get off campus housing</p>
<p>There was housing for transfers last year, as long as you got your paperwork in early. Bingtransfer10 is correct, it is fairly easy to find off-campus housing. I suggest checking the Binghamton Craigslist postings to start.</p>
