<p>I can't wait to go to Miami - I'm trying to get down there next weekend to find a place.</p>
<p>The apartment area on campus (not university village) should be condemned, I would avoid it.</p>
<p>Yeah, my son chose university village, he also thought the apartments were a bit of a mess. However, he had friends who lived there and liked it....so it's a matter of choice.</p>
