Is it harder to get into law school (especially environmental law) if you transfer as an undergraduate?
Thanks!!!

Don’t worry about it. I can only share anecdotal evidence, but I’ve known people who have transferred and been accepted all over the T14.

here’s another anecdote that may brighten your prospects - college friend transferred from a cc to a private liberal arts college then again to a big state university - he graduates with 3.3 gpa - takes lsats (score unknown, he wants to be mysterious about it) - then gets into University of Chicago Law school - graduates with honors- and is now an associate at Sidley Austin LLP (if any of you know anything about law firms then you know SA is the uber cream of law firms). he is my idol now. but one anecdote doesn’t make for the norm though, good luck.

thanks for the story. I’m shooting for gTown environmental law. I think I have the drive and ability to get in, but the money is what is going to kill for me. Does anyone know how schools are with scholarship with law students as opposed to undergrad?
