Transfer Interview - Advice/Support

Hi everyone! I have an upcoming transfer interview with Lafayette. I want to make a good impression on the interviewer, especially because my stats are painfully average/bland and because Lafayette has a low acceptance rate for transfers. I know I don't have much of a shot or chance with my stats, but it wouldn't hurt to give a shot. Here's a brief summary of myself:

(NYC Specialized HS)HS GPA: 3.7
Sat: 1920/2400
EC's: Secretary/Administrative Assistant for 3 years, 3 years of volunteering at my Chinese school, 1 month of volunteering at charity organization

Binghamton University
Major: Engineering
College GPA: 3.35 (Calc and Chemistry were the death of me)
EC's: SWE - Volunteered at zoo, volunteered with Girl Scouts to help girls develop an interest in science
TasteBuds(Cooking Club): Helped assist in catering an event for 200 - 300 people
Engineers Without Borders: taking down a flood damaged house with Lockheed, installing bike racks on the school campus

Reasons for Transferring: A stronger undergraduate engineering program, a school that focuses on its students more and has a community/school spirit feel, a school that can help me grow/change as a person. (I feel most people in Binghamton are there just to fulfill future job requirements)
