Hi--
I'm currently at UNC studying Art History, but for the past year and a half I've been wanting to do something a lot more hands on. I've thought a lot about it and I feel like architecture would be a great fit. What would be the best choice for me now, to finish undergrad here (I'm a first semester sophomore) and get an March, or transfer into a Barch program next year. I saw that Tulane has a 5 year March program for undergrads and an intensive summer program to allow transfers to start as second years as opposed to thirds, so that sounds appealing, but I know very little about the reputation of the school in the field. I doubt at this point that I could transfer into one of the very best programs (i.e. Cornell, Yale, etc.), but I'm still looking for a pretty good one that will likely accept me (I don't have as much of an art background as I would like, though I will be taking a drawing class with the studio art majors here in the spring).
any suggestions? thoughts on Tulane?
thanks for you help.
