transfer into Michigan Ross SoB

I am actually a student at Michigan AA already but i jsut transfered to UM from 3rd tier state school in Mi. At my former school i was a 3.8ish Business/Poli Sci major ; Bio/Chem minor (strange i know but it worked)

I dropped my Biology and Chem bc i would have to retake some classes at UM - with them all being 4 or5 credits it would doom me for 4 more years of school. Now i am just poli sci and hopefully business next year but if that doesn't work out i will jsut pick up an Econ Minor

I am a soph and have all the pre-recs done but i know acceptance into the B-school is near impossible. What would my chances be?? i have a good gpa - 3.8 (looks the same this semester if not maybe a 3.6), am a member of a pre-professional fraternity. Have held a marketing internship for the past few years and own 2 small scale business of my own (painting and landscaping) - have a lot of community service on my record for summer programs and i think my essays are pretty spot on.

opinions?

since Ross is a three year program, it would mean that you would have to attend another year or year and a half assuming you transferred as a sophomore.

and yeah…the chances are very slim… might as well major in like econ or something and take the GMATs later on to get an MBA.

yeah that is what i figured - i’ll have my B.A. and minor in LSA finished by 1st semester of senior year so i may be able to finish it up within a semester or two after scheduled graduation but as i expect… chances of getting in are slim to none
