Transfer into Stanford

Igarvey,

I did transfer from Cornell to Stanford, back in the 70's. It was the right thing to do for me, personally; it allowed me to establish residency in California, which saved me a lot of money in law school tuition.

I don't feel, though, that the quality of education I received in my first two years of college at Cornell was inferior to what I received in my last two at Stanford. Moreover, transferring does give you the sense socially that you're starting over again. After nearly 30 years, I still reflect back on my time at Cornell a bit wi****lly; there's a part of me that will always be a little sorry I left.

The censored word in the previous post is "wist" followed by "fully."

lol, s.t.f.u.

sleepisabliss: What department did you get accepted to? What are you majoring in?

****. wonder why

why is wi****lly censored?

Apparently because it has five letters in common with a phrase for something we wouldn't be discussing on this forum.

s t f u= shut the **** up
