Has anyone gotten their letters yet, positive or negative? I haven't heard a peep since they gave me my NYU ID number. Anyone know anything?

there are two nyu threads on the transfer forums. Some people have already heard back. Some were positive, and others negative. I myself am still waiting. Good Luck!

I received my letter on April 27th and got in. But I do know it says on the website that many will not hear until mid-May.

I gone in, but I’m not going. I’m currently a freshman at Baruch and I love it. And NYU’s 40,000 yearly tuition is not worth it at all. If it was Ivy League, then that would be a different story. Either way, I got an internship this summer at the company I want to work for after graduating college so I guess it would not make much difference. I’ll just stay at Baruch and save lots of money instead of going into debt.

NYU really has to start knowing it’s place. It is an amazing school, but it has to remind itself that it is still not Ivy League! It should not make its tuition on the same level.

For those of you transferring, are any of you aware of the procedure of getting on campus housing??

i think they guarantee oncampuse housing for transfer students.

has anyone heard from stern?
