Transfer--MAP classes, major classes, big questions, help!

<p>I was accepted as a Spring '12 transfer and I'm very excited about attending NYU. However, I don't know what to make of the MAP. I've looked at the MAP page for a while but it does not say specifically which classes I need but only lists general requirements. My transfer credit lists these classes as getting general education requirements, and the rest are electives:</p>

<p>MAP-UA 3--
MAP-UA 6--
MAP-UA 1--
MAP-UA 4--
EXPOS-UA 1</p>

<p>But what do these courses mean exactly? And also, how hard it is to double major or switch majors in CAS? </p>
