<p>Its harder to transfer from UC Merced to UCLA, a LOT harder. There are plenty of apartments near CC’s where transfer kids live at, which gives a close enough experience to “dorm life” without having to live in an armpit of a city called Merced. No one “looks down” at transfer students, but if they do snicker at JC transfers, they must also snicker at “UC Merced” transfer students; you guys aren’t that much better off LOL. Honestly, even UCSD profs want to dismiss your school.</p>
