<p>I'm currently a second semester freshman at SUNY Oswego. I realize that I'm going to have a really hard time getting into a good graduate school with a bachelor's degree in business administration from here. I got a 3.26 GPA my first semester but I know I'm going to have near a 4.0 GPA this semester. </p>
<p>My question is what are my chances of transferring into another SUNY school with a stronger business program. Such as University at Buffalo or Binghamton University?</p>
