Transfer options

Hey. I'm going to attend the University of Florida for 05-06, but have just found out, they are seriously considering downsizing or eliminating my major (Russian), and they don't even offer (my research mistake) my second major of international economics. I am positive I can get a 4.0 next year as my classes are:
Russian I
Italian I
General Psych
Micro

Sem 2:
Russian II
Italian II
Macro
Calc I

Assuming I get no more than one B, (which I can literally promise is going to happen, and Ratemyprofessor.com is awesome) what are some schools that I should consider. Also, I plan on being active in some intramural sports, russian club, and maybe SGA. My SAT will be at least 2200+, and my high school grades are good 3.5 uw 4.4w, with extremely difficult courseload. I took 12 college level courses at the top rated IB program in the North America (tied for first). I will transfer with at least 62 credits.
Once again, what are some major schools I should consider? Thanks a lot. Georgetown is currently my top choice.

UCLA defiantely has international econ and also offers russian both of which are nationally recognized and offer several combinations for double major or possible minor options and UCLA is pretty transfer friendly. Look into it: www.ucla.edu

thx mexbruin, anyone else? I hear coming from a non-California university (as opposed to a community college) makes transferring extremely difficult.

Also, I have never taken SAT II's but after a year of college...should I? I know they're used for placement, but I have college credit for all the courses I could take SAT II's in...
