I know that Mays only admits 100 transfers and roughly 100 internal transfers (change of major). I also know you need a 3.8-4.0 to be competitive. My question is, do we know how many transfer applicants apply to Mays and how many request a change of major to Mays each year. What are the odds?
Fall 2018 had 74 transfers to Mays that were not from Blinn or Galveston. The data reports do not break it down if they were internal change of majors or outside transfers. There were 98 Blinn Transfers and 13 Galveston transfers to Mays. 11 Readmits.
There were total 1022 freshmen.
Total was 196 students admitted to Mays who did not begin as freshmen for fall of 2018.

@S18D20mom Unfortunately, the Data Reports don’t give that info.
Under the Enrollment Profile Dashboard (the graph looking image) and you have to manually put in all the data for each category and it gives you the enrollment numbers for the last 5 years for Fall and Spring
