<p>I'm attending uni overseas (first-year), can I apply as a freshman i.e. apply with this year's applicant pool? If I'm okay with my credits not being counted? </p>

<p>Harvard is very clear on the issue. If you have completed one year of college (any college be it community college or a university) you cannot apply as a freshman applicant. You must apply as a transfer student.</p>
