Let's assumed that I have more than 70 UC transfer semester units, is it possible to transfer more than those 70 units by completing some courses at UC Extension programs for the upper division courses?

Thanks

What exactly do you mean? I, too, have over 70 transferrable units, so this question may be relevant to me as well. :)

i mean if i already had 70 uc transfer units, and if i had another, let say, 12 units from uc extension. will uc count those 12 units?

Yes.

You get 70 transferrable units from community college, not from a four year and not for upper division work.

The upper division units will transfer in addition to whatever you have from community college.

However, you will still have to meet residency requirements.

It is important to know that not all UC extension courses are UC transferable. Also, be aware of any unit limitations the campus you want to transfer to might have. At UC Davis it becomes difficult for us to admit you if you have 80 semester transferable units or more. Having units only from a community college limits you to 70 so you will never run into this limitation; however, adding those 12 units from a four year campus places you at 82 which is over the limitation at UC Davis.

Do AP units count as part of the 80 unit cap?

I will have 73 units from a CC + 4 Year and 10 from APs.
