<p>yes, calling is always better IMO. With emails, correspondences can always get tossed in this trash.</p>

<p>Maybe you could write out all the questions you want answers to so you can just read them when on the phone? That could cut down on the number of pauses when on the phone.</p>
<p>well...this was going to be a more "hey how are you?" kind of email, breaking the ice so to speak. When I applied as a HS senior, the rep was quick to respond.</p>
