On the website for transfers, it says that the SAT reasoning test is required and doesn't state anywhere that the ACT can be used as a substitute. I took the ACT in HS and never the SAT so I am wondering if anyone knows if I can substitute this?

The ACT (with writing) can be substituted for the SAT reasoning test, but either way, you’ll still have to take 2 SAT subject tests, one each in math and science.

Edit: Actually, I take that back. Sorry for completely ignoring the obvious fact that you’re a transfer applicant!

Wait so does it make a difference for transfers?

Um, I don’t actually know. My first thought was that it would be the same as for freshman applicants, but (as you pointed out), the website doesn’t list the ACT as an option. I’m sure someone else around here will know, but as for now, your guess is as good as mine?
