USC has been my dream school for years but I haven't been doing so well in math in year and last year so I don't believe my GPA will be high enough.
So I'm wondering if I drop this year's math graduate on the minimum plan and then attend community college for the next two years would USC accept me as a transfer? Or would the fact I graduated high school on the minimum plan mess things up?

I’d talk to USC specifically, but I think if you meet minimum requirements for them at the community college you should be fine. You’ll have to look and if your area of study requires any additional math, you may be required to take that at community college as well. Just remember you’ll have to do well in cc.

Awesome. Alright. I’m wonderful at every subject except math. I’m trying to get in for film so I think I’ll be good. I’ll try to talk to the admissions officer for my area soon though.
