I applied as a transfer student to another college that accepted me with my first semester grades, high school grades & SATs. I haven't been told from my transfer school that I need to send my second semester grades. If they don't ask, do I have to send them? I'm only asking this because I don't know if my current college is wondering why I haven't sent them....and end up sending them without my consent. They weren't as good as my first semester's and I'm afraid I'll have my acceptance taken back if I send them. Let me know what your take is on this. Thanks!

Yes you do you need official transcripts that are sealed sent if you’re transferring from a CC to a University

I will try to withhold the moralizing and give you just the straight facts:

Colleges always require your final transcripts, for two reasons:

To assure that you made adequate process in all your coursework. The same as in fr admissions, colleges have the right to rescind an acceptance if final grades are unsatisfactory.

To determine transferrable classes.

If you don’t send your transcript, your application is not complete and you will be rescinded. If you send your transcript, there are three possibilities: they accept you outright, they conditionally accept you (eg. have you repeat classes, put you on probation, etc.), or they rescind your admission.

Your options seem better sending the transcripts.
