<p>Hi! I'm an international student out of the US who's planning to apply to UCB as a freshman. However, initially I was planning to apply to a couple of schools out of Cali for the spring term in 2015 since I'll be done with school this year in August. My main question is if it'd be possible to attend another institution out of Cali while waiting for my reply from UCB and then maybe transferring the credits over? I'm not very keen on having an 8 month gap in my education, especially since the odds of getting into UCB are slim to begin with.</p>
