Hi all,
So I am applying to LMU as a second year transfer student. I previously went to UCSC and got 25 quarter units (16 semester) and accumulated 12 units this past semester at my local CC. I was wondering if it would be a good decision to apply to LMU early decision. I will only have 28 units when I apply, which means I will have to submit my high school transcripts and sat scores, which were not good whatsoever. I have almost all my grades from this past semester(all a’s and still waiting for my communications grade but I think it’s an A) which will give me a cumulatative GPA of 3.5 . I am a member in two clubs, one in which I went from being ICC rep and secretary to president. I volunteer, but my hours aren’t that good. I have 3 letters of recommendation also. I am applying to communications. What do you guys think, should I apply early (even with my not amazing high school grades[i think I got a 3.1 weighted and a 1560 sat?] or wait till regular decision? Thanks.
LMU does not have ED for transfers. They have an early priority date.
Yes. I was wondering if I should apply then. Would I be able to apply again?
