<p>yes, but it’s more difficult to transfer from a 4 year private school than a california community college, csu, or uc. there are always people who do it though, so it’s definitely possible.</p>

<p>anything is possible. it probably going to become harder to transfer to a public school due to the budget cuts. i know that some CSUs have reduced the number of accepted students.</p>
<p>Yeah this is a pretty bad time to try to transfer to UCLA from another 4-year institution. But give it a shot. If you have a compelling reason (need to be closer to home for some reason, etc.), it might make it easier.</p>
