Alright I moved here from NV in may 2008 I have since attended 2 different CA community colleges, the latest one I have received instate tuition at. I am most likely going to be at this school for one more year finishing up my igetc and lower division prereqs. I was wondering when I apply to CSU/UC's next year(Fall 2010) will be considered instate? For either tuition or admissions? Thanks

I believe you will. I think it takes two years of residency to become “in state”.

I was just wondering if they were going to try and make me prove myself as financially independent, I remember on the application for my most recent CC it just asked if I had lived in CA for atleast 2 years, I don’t know any other people are/were out of state and also trying to matriculate to a csu
