<p>I’m not super familiar with the UC system so I won’t offer any specific advice on that. With freshman transfers though there tends to be a decent amount of focus put on your high school stats since you only have one semester of college work to judge. Stanford is extremely difficult to transfer into (they take about 20 applicants each year) and to be honest no one really seems to be able to pin down what exactly it is they’re looking for. USC is a little more transfer friendly but they DO have prereqs that must be completed so check out either their transfer website or the (rather extensive) USC transfer thread here.</p>
