Transfer Questions UTD? Please Help?

<p>Hi everyone,</p>

<p>I am currently enrolled in a Dallas community college planning to transfer to UTD. However, I have researched, and found out the max amount of money I can get from scholarships are 2500 per semester. (1000 from phi kappa theta and 1500 for academic excellence) This being that I currently have a 4.0 weighted GPA. I'm also volunteering at Baylor Hospital and enrolled in clubs related to the healthcare field. (I want to be a cardiologist). UTD's attendance fees are about 6.8k per semester. Are there any other scholarships available because my parents won't allow me to work while in college, and I don't want to burden them with the costs of college?</p>

<p>Many of the ones on the list are past deadlines, but I’m sure you can find at least one.</p>
