<p>So I'm looking into the transfer process. I got into Berkeley as a freshman applicant but decided to go to Penn instead. I'm wondering if getting in as a freshman changes the likelihood of getting in as a freshman. I have 3.3 GPA at Penn, which may be considered low, I'm not sure. Is this an okay GPA to get in? Also, I get really good financial aid from Penn, do transfer students at Berkeley get less aid and is there anyway to know if it'll be anywhere near Penn's? Thanks!</p>
