<p>I'm thinking about transferring (from out-of-state) for either Spring or Fall 2014. I'll probably be considered a sophomore and I intend on applying to the business school once if I get in. I know this is early but I just have a couple questions.
1) What would be the best on-campus housing building to live in as a transfer that wants to "re-live" the freshman experience, so to speak? It would be nice to live around both sophomores and freshman.
2) Do the fraternities at UW allow sophomores to rush and would a sophomore have a chance at getting a bid at one?</p>
