There are various ways to check on your (out-of-state) coursework & eligibility...basically, what you need to do is satisfy the IGETC requirements.

The UC mainpage has all sorts of useful info for (CA) transfers:
http://www.universityofcalifornia.edu/admissions/undergrad_adm/paths_to_adm/transfer/tr_adm_reqs.html

(Look around the website for freshman admissions + stats)

Even though Assist.org is meant for CA CCC students, you still can look at various course descriptions in order to get an idea of what might transfer:

The UCLA transfer link is helpful - but - note:

"Lastly, we give highest priority to students who are transferring from California community colleges or other University of California campuses."

--Read the pdf Transfer Admit Guide - sums it all up pretty well.

Good Luck
