I am planning on applying to UCLA from a california community college. I currently have a 3.48 gpa but will raise it to a 3.64 after the end of this semester. I was planning on applying to the Business-Econ major but have heard that it is very difficult to be accepted into. I also read that the admission board only looks at your top major and not at your second choices. Do you believe that I have a better shot at admissions if I chose Economics as my major instead of Business-Econ? Also how much harder do you think being admitted to Bus-Econ is compared to Econ for transfers?
Thanks
