<p>Just start looking into these schools websites, they have all the information/data you need. You can also go and refer back to the Transfer Admissions 101 thread. It has loads of valuable information.
If I were you, I would wait until winter break to apply. By then you should have all of your grades for first semester. The deadlines are usually around March/April so I don’t see the rush of applying before you have your grades.
Also, knowing your exact grades and GPA will help you to evaluate yourself against the schools you’re applying to. I may realize that you’ll need more safeties than you originally thought.
As to decisions, the date the are sent range from school to school. Ranges from late April to early June.
