For Penn they state that a TA can write a recommendation if the professor signs off on it. How would that happen if I’m using the common app? Would a virtual signature suffice?
Also, I’m applying an an entering sophomore; do the colleges take into consideration it is harder to gain great relationships in one semester especially in large classes at a state school?
