Transfer Requirements Question FALL 2017 TRANSFER

So I want to transfer to UT COLA as a Government major, or undelcared. In fall of 2017

I currently am taking 15 hours this semester
and 15 next semester
In total I will have 30 hours so do I submit an application before march 1st since thats the deadline and then submit my transcript with 30 hours later when I complete next semester? My college will end on may 12 so will it be too late???
Im confused as if UT allows you to submit the 30 hrs after deadline

Yes, you apply before the 3/1 deadline and then they will ask you to submit your transcripts once your 30 hours are complete. Be on TOP of getting that transcript sent. You will not likely hear about your admission decision until some time in June.
