I plan on transferring to another university next year, and in order to do so, I first have to fulfill certain course requirements at my current institution. (I should point out that I’m at a four-year college.) I contacted the university and asked them if a course I’m taking this semester would satisfy the requirement, and they said that it would, but that I might not earn transfer credit for it. Since my goal is simply to transfer, does that mean I’m fine? I just want to fulfill the requirement, and I have a lot of other credits that should transfer, so I don’t mind having to take another course to make up for the lack of credit transfer once I change schools.
