<p>Hello,
I'd like to transfer from the small liberal arts college I will be attending in the fall to a slightly more dynamic (and prestigious) school that offers my preferred major . i.e Tufts, Brandeis, or Umich (in order of desirability). I'll be applying for admittance as a sophomore, so SATs may be of importance. I took the SAT once and scored a 2070 (800,640,630-RMW). Furthermore, my HS gpa was sub-optimal (3.68). </p>

<p>Bottom line: Should I take the SAT as a freshman in college to improve my chances of being accepted to tufts as a transfer.</p>

<p>I don’t think the SAT from your freshman year would count.</p>

<p>you should check if your sat from your highschool is still current. They have expiration dates too.</p>
