I am trying to transfer from a four year university in TTU,I fullfil but TTU website scholarship only for community college student???
So , I will not qualify for schlarship??
According to ttu website (Transfer Scholarships are offered to admitted students transferring from community colleges based on official transcripts submitted to the Office of Admissions and pay toward fall and spring terms.
Complete requirements early - final awards are based on transcripts received by July 31st for fall or January 4th for spring entry terms)
I would suggest you speak with someone in admissions or with financial aid. What is your GPA?
Definitely you are not eligible for those scholarships if you’re transferring from a university. I asked several times before I transferred and the answer was exactly the same–if I’d ever attended a university after completing all those hours at a community college, I would be ineligible for my scholarship.
Luckily, I never did attend a university afterwards, but I would hate to see someone go through the entire application process and not even realize they wouldn’t be getting any money until it was too late.
Interesting. I went from a university to a community college then transferred to Tech. I guess I lucked out.
