<p>Do colleges usually offer scholarships to students transferring from another 4 year university? </p>
<p>If so, which colleges in the Midwest offer the most? </p>
<p>Thinking about transferring out of DePaul University. My GPA should be around 3.5 when I start applying. Oh and I will apply for fall 09' as a junior.</p>
