Transfer school advice needed

<p>So I have the intention of applying as a transfer to certain universities for Fall 2013 but am unsure which actual school to apply to. I intend to double major with math and finance. Would it be better to apply to apply to the arts and sciences school for a university or the b-school? My top choice is most likely boston college. Would it be better to apply as a math major to CAS and then declare a double with finance since it is statistically easier to get into CAS than Carroll? I'm just using BC as an example here, but this question would apply to any of the schools I apply to.</p>
