So if I get accepted for Spring 2014, I actually have to skip Spring 2014 and start Fall 2014? This just doesn't make any sense to me. The reason I'm transferring now is because there are not any more classes at my current school that will transfer towards my degree at Tech. Is there any way around this? Especially since I'm not planning to live on-campus?

Why do you have to skip Spring’14 and start Fall’14?

Im not sure. Thats just what it says on Georgia Tech’s website.

No, they are saying there is a semester gap between when you apply and when you go. We applied at the beginning of fall, and we have to wait until spring to attend if we get in. Like if you apply for fall during the spring, you can’t attend in the summer you have to wait until fall. You applied to be admitted for spring of 2014 so if you get in you will go for spring of 2014.

Oh okay, that makes more sense anyway. I was just confused by reading the FAQ on Tech’s admission’s site.

Ok so how do we go about doing it?

Yes if you applied and get accepted for Spring’14 then that’s when you start going there!

Good to know, thanks! If only I would find out…
