Transfer Spring 2017: When Will I Know the Result?

I am a transfer applicant for coming spring semester, and have applied to CLA. I’ve got the message from the status that is

“September 13, 2016: We have forwarded your application to the college for review. Review of fall applications begins in January and decisions are sent on a rolling basis beginning in February. If you have applied for spring semester, you can expect to receive a decision within the next four weeks.”.

I read all the past posts for spring transfer threads, and they seemed to get the results roughly after 2 weeks or less after above messeage. But I didn’t get any for last 3 weeks and few more days. Is it negative sign, something I might not be accepted? Or just because the office is busy? Any comment is appreciated.

@oribae17 who knows? As you have less than a week to find out you might want to hold tight till that 4th week has passed, then contact Admissions if you still don’t have a response.
