Transfer Student: Chance me for these colleges?

I’m currently a Freshman at a small state college in Massachusetts, and I am looking to transfer for my Sophomore year. I have yet to complete the school year, but here are my stats/projected stats;

Major: Business Administration
First Semester GPA: 2.7
Second Semester GPA (Goal): 3.7-4.0
High School GPA: 3.0
SAT: 1510
No extracurriculars because I am working a lot after school to pay bills

Colleges I want to apply to; () are my top 3
Florida State University()
Penn State()
University of Michigan - Ann Arbor()
Syracuse University
UMass Amherst
University of New Hampshire

I think you’ll be able to get into the University of New Hampshire, UMass Amherst, and Florida State University. Not sure about the rest though.
