currently about to be a sophomore @ a private university</p>

<p>freshman year of college, maintaining a 4.0 both semesters first and second
31 credits in,</p>

<p>high school transcript absolutely horrible!!
2.8 (i did not care then)</p>

<p>i also intern at a law firm</p>

<p>i am planning on applying to Columbia, Duke, Georgetown, NYU FOR TRansfer after sophomore year..</p>

<p>Anyway, without knowing much about you, I can’t say much other than that I think your chances are extremely low at Columbia, Duke, Georgetown, and NYU. The HS GPA is horrible but the college GPA would be more important to colleges anyway. Still, I’m not sure if the college GPA makes up for the HS one.</p>

<p>Also, work on your grammar a bit. ;)</p>
