<p>Hello, I'm just curious how med schools look at transfer students.</p>
<p>I didnt do all that well in high school and Im going into my second year at CC to get my AS. I currently have 3.9 GPA. Keep in mind that I also took a "gap year" right after graduating high school to go overseas volunteer through a gap year program a bit and also worked.</p>
<p>im looking to take the SAT and then transfer to a four year university to finish out pre-med. My questions are the following.</p>
<p>1) What are my chances at getting into a top 20 university</p>
<p>2) After I finish pregraduate work, what are my chances at med school as a transfers student.</p>
