transfer student, chances for admission

Here's the deal-

Graduated from h.s. w/ crap grades in 2001, and continued on to drop out/fail out of two schools in upstate New York. Since then I worked a variety of different jobs, living in New York, Massachusetts and Florida.

Last summer I moved to Washington state where I've been attending CC and have a 3.96 GPA; planning on graduating with an A.A. in the spring. Applying for the fall '08.

Curious about my chances for admission...

GPA- 3.96

SAT's- N/A, due to having been out of h.s. for more than 5 years

out of state legacy (Stepfather is a law school alum)- considered in-state for admissions purposes

24 years old (non-traditional student)

will have completed all but 2 of pre-req's for CAS...maybe all but 1

know of 2 proffessors who could provide excellant reccomendations

white male

That's all the relevant information I can think of at the moment. Any guesses as to my chances? Anything I can do to improve those chances?

Thanks in advance for any responses, any and all help is greatly appreciated.
