I was accepted to Michigan State, but decided not to go and now I regret that decision. I am plan on transferring (to state) and was wondering if I would be offered the same financial aid. Does anyone know? And I am a MI resident.

There is honestly no way to know. You have to apply and see what you get. If it was all financial aid then you might get a similar package. If it was merit, it’s likely you won’t get that as that’s to attract freshmen.

It might, it might not. Obviously, you’ll get a full Pell (56xx?). If you’re under poverty, plus some other qualifications, I believe you’re covered under SPAD ([Spartan Advantage Program | Office of Financial Aid | Michigan State University](Spartan Advantage | Michigan State University))
