I am currently finishing up my Associate of Arts degree at a community college. This spring I will be transferring to a State University, and finishing my undergrad in exercise science or biochemistry. My plan is to continue onto maybe physical therapy school, or pharmacy school, or even med school. My problem is, I had a bad freshmen/sophomore year, meaning I got a couple D's and C's and a W on my transcript. My question is, are any of these graduate school plans even an option. I mean, would they even bother to look at my transcript? Help please. Thank you

Just speaking for med school, as I don’t know about PT or pharm:

For MDs, all of your college grades are taken into account in determining your gpa, even if you repeat a course; for DOs, there is grade replacement in calculating gpa when you retake a class.

You don’t want a pattern of Ws, read here:

Med schools will consider grade improvement.
