Hello,
I am a transfer student with TAP (I know it doesn't matter for UCLA's school of engineering), a 4.0, and IGETC complete. Also I have completed over 60 units in one year. The only issue is that I will be missing only differentials. Will this be a issue I should be concerned about? I only want to get accepted to UCLA for the bragging rights and wont even go if I get accepted to the engineering school because my major is only out of state; petroleum engineering. The acceptance would be to make my parents happy but I do not want to apply if I do not have a good chance of getting accepted. Thanks in advance.

Uh, if you have absolutely no intention of going there, why apply? There are tons of people on here who would love to get that spot, and really want to go to the school.

Pretty sure they will not accept you without differentials. You’ll probably have a very very small chance if anything.

I’ll just take calc 3 over winter; then they will have no choice but to accept me ;]
